You can cancel any time from the Manage Subscription page. Cancellation stops future renewals; Premium access remains until the end of your current billing period.
Aiyoutopia Premium is a digital subscription. We don’t generally offer refunds for partially used periods. We will, however, provide refunds where required by the Australian Consumer Law (ACL) or if we’ve made a billing error.
If you don’t recognise a charge showing “AIYOUTOPIA*PREMIUM”, please contact us first—we can usually resolve issues faster than a bank dispute.
